Foot Corrector
A small spring-loaded apparatus for waking up the arches and intrinsic foot muscles.

Purpose
The Foot Corrector is a shaped, spring-loaded device you press the foot into. It teaches the arch to lift, the toes to organise, and the whole foot to become the intelligent base classical Pilates asks it to be.
Benefits
- Trains active foot strength, not just mobility
- Foundational for standing footwork on the reformer and chair
- Small, precise, effective
Who it's for
- Anyone whose feet are 'the first thing to give up'
- Older adults training safe balance
- Athletes wanting a stronger push-off
Common misconceptions
- 'Feet aren't a Pilates thing.' They are the first thing.
Frequently asked
- Should I do it barefoot?
- Yes — always.
