Core connections
Understand the fundamental Pilates connections in the body — the anatomy of the method as it lives inside the exercises.
Entry course — In partnership with Everybody Pilates
The perfect introduction to Classical Pilates. A two-day course designed to teach the foundational skills and the confidence needed to begin instructing beginner-level mat, reformer and tower exercises.

I — Overview
Fundamentals is where most of our students, from Tamworth and across the Midlands, meet the method for the first time as future teachers. Two contact days in the studio, with on-site accommodation for anyone travelling further, followed by fifty-five hours of personal and teaching practice and observation, then a single assessment.
You leave with the vocabulary, the connections and the beginner repertoire to start teaching a first lesson — and a clear sense of whether the deeper training is for you.
II — What you learn
Understand the fundamental Pilates connections in the body — the anatomy of the method as it lives inside the exercises.
Learn beginner-level mat, reformer and tower exercises — the shape of a first lesson on each apparatus.
Develop teaching skills, cueing and hands-on technique. Learn modifications for all body types so you can meet the room in front of you.
III
Who it's for
Pilates enthusiasts who are curious about teaching, or beginning their teacher training journey.
IV — Format
Short in contact hours. Long in the work you do around them.

V — Next steps
Take Fundamentals on its own — a complete two-day introduction to begin your Pilates teaching journey.
Roll it forward as the included first weekend of the Full Comprehensive — no course repeated, no fee lost.
Once you choose your course dates, all available package options are shown at checkout. This flexible format means you can build your education pathway in the way that suits you best.
“Begin honestly. A weekend is enough to know whether this is the work you want to keep doing.”
VI — Enquiries
Cohorts are small and the next date is to be confirmed. Begin with a conversation and we will write to you as soon as places open, or read the full pathway if you are considering the qualification.
