Clinical Referrals
Working alongside
your care.
We support patients from physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and sports medicine clinicians across Tamworth and the Midlands — building strength and confidence after discharge, on the full classical apparatus.

Why refer to us
The apparatus was built for rehabilitation.
Joseph Pilates designed the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels as rehabilitation equipment, and spring resistance lets us grade load precisely — starting gently and progressing session by session as the body allows.
Our teachers are comprehensively trained and certified, with experience supporting rehabilitation and post-natal clients. Referred clients work with Jade or Jo, both classically trained through the Everybody Pilates lineage. Work begins privately where that helps, and group classes are capped at five so every client is properly attended to. With your patient's consent, we can share written progress notes with you.
The pathway
How a referral works.
01 · Referral — email, phone, or the referral form on this page. Send us the patient's details, a brief history and your goals for post-discharge work.
02 · Assessment — a 50-minute private with a senior teacher. Movement screen, apparatus introduction, programme agreed with your treatment plan in mind.
03 · Programme — private, duet or small-group sessions, moving at a pace that suits the patient.
04 · Communication — with patient consent, a short written summary of progress and observations back to you.
Who we work alongside
Physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, sports medicine.
We welcome referrals from clinicians across the Midlands. Common areas include post-natal recovery, lower back and pelvic pain, post-operative knee and hip, hypermobility, return-to-sport for runners and field athletes, equestrian riders, dancers, and strength through peri- and menopause.

FAQ
For referring
clinicians.
- How does the referral pathway work?
- Send us the patient's details with their consent. We open with a 50-minute private assessment, build a programme aligned to your treatment plan, and — with consent — send a short progress summary back to you.
- Do you take patients still under active treatment?
- Yes. We regularly work alongside ongoing physiotherapy, chiropractic and osteopathic care, and we stay within the scope you set for each patient.
- What apparatus do you teach on?
- The full classical apparatus — Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels — designed by Joseph Pilates as rehabilitation equipment. Spring resistance allows load to be introduced without impact.
- Can I visit the studio before referring?
- Please do. We host clinicians for a tour and a short taster session so you can see the apparatus and meet the teaching team before you send patients our way.

straight to the studio.
Send the essentials here and a senior teacher will reply to arrange the patient's first assessment. You are also welcome to visit for a tour and a short taster before you refer — we are always glad to meet clinicians in person.
